Semi-friends notice

Just a notice to say my journal is friends only, if you want to be added then comment here - however I tend to only friend people I at least know of or share some interests with, because if anyone is here for fandom stuffs those posts are all public anyway for general enjoyment by anyone who strays here... This is also so my friends list doesn't get absurdly big, so hopefully any lack of me friending people won't offend anyone. :)

Still if you want to be added, then do say something and I'm not adverse to others friending me if they like.

Hi

Looking forward to meeting you and everyone else from GW who's going to the con. Will be my first con ever. :D Though I need to quell any excitement for it until right beforehand, as I've got uni work to do these next two weeks to concentrate on. :(

Cool. jackie_brown and I went constume shopping today - it was ace. I'm really looking forward to hanging out with everyone more than the con itself!

Reminds me I need to go costume shopping next week, after student loan comes through and I actually have money. LOL.

And yes, though the idea of meeting the actors is really cool, I think I'm most excited to meet the other fans, especially people I've chatted to online alot. It'll probably be bizarre at first, trying to relate online identities to real people but I think that will be the best part too.

Not great photos and not very recent but that's me. I'll probably have much darker blue hair by the time of the con, as it's currently faded green and I'm redying it soon. :)

I didn't think it was a popular colour, I'd always thought ooh that'd just be really cool, but from peoples coments a surprising number of people seem want it too.
